Determination is the specific element of Media City

In Romania Real Estate Market, the number of “players” that join the competition in the first line is not insignificant at all, and the advantage of 10 years experience or even more regarding to the market knowing is the common denominator.

All those , in conformity with Sandu declaration, has classified Media City in the top 10 – 15 of Romania Real estate Companies.. Considering this position on market , Sandu synthetically describe the company, making references to only one characteristically term: Determination. The determination to exceed our competitors, through quality as well as trough quantity , to touch our objectives of all propose directions and to overtake ourselves constantly” .

In 2007 Media City’s turnover is 1 million Euro. The experience accumulated during its activity is reflecting in the financial evolution registered in the last few years. This way, Sandu mentioned that in 2005 – 2006, the turnover “has doubled from year to year” , in 2005 being 180,000 euro and is 2006 360,000 euro. Regarding to this, the company leading aspires are even higher: “ Our 2007 target is 1 million euro” emphasized Sandu.

This way, the company official has added that the signals for touching and even exceeding the target are, at least “ extremely positive , considering that Media City has realized only in the first trimester o the year a turnover of 300.000 euro.”

“Our consulters quality is the most important capital”. Besides financial objectives , Media City leading team targets a good place in the top of the best real estate players. In this direction Sandu mentioned: “ Our plans are to improve our position on the market so, at the end of 2008, to be in Top 5.” As for the strategies through which the company intents to touch its objectives , interesting to remark is the fact that they are oriented in raising the intern and extern standards . Referring to this, the company official added: “ We are making efforts in the consultants team developing direction, and enlarging the offers to our clients, in a improvements of our image and visibility on the market. We are proposing to develop all the departments so our covering of all market segments to increase considerable.

” Regarding to the last but not least objective, bound more by the human resources side than the financial one, Sandu added: “ Until the end of the year 2007 we propose to increase the number of employers to 30 – 35 , and this target is the hardest to touch, because the quality of our consultants is the best capital we have.” The company activity will consider the province market as well.

As for the most important projects that Media City unreel at the moment , Sandu talked about a residential project including 1000 apartments on Ionescu Sisesti Boulevard, with frontage to Grivita Lake, complex that is developing on a 55,000 sq. m surface. As for the association for the project Sandu mentioned: “ We have associated with a Spanish developer, Delorian Group and with the architectural company Alpha Studio.”

Another residential project is located in Corbeanca, and is developing on a surface of 200,000 sq. m. As Media City official declared , through those projects, the company has concentrated so far on a highest potential of Bucharest market. Once with the beginning of 2007, Sandu will turn to smallest markets from province, as Galati City or Craiova City. In a view of expansion , the company is making at the moment many prospective studies. As for the developing directions which Romania real-estate will follow, the Media City official are enrolling on the same positive coordinates of other specialists, Sandu affirming that: ” The real estate market will increase in the nest years, because exists all the necessary premises for a dynamic development.

” As for the position that Media City will occupies in this development process , situated in its first stages, it will be a complex process which will use the constant and cautious pursuance of the real estate devices, in the direction of a consolidation of its market placement. “We must listen to the market signals and to answer them, we must be situated on the position we proposed and it will not be easy because at the moment the market is a real El Dorado for all the multi-national profile companies of the world.”, declared Sandu.
