The most important real estate project of Media City Real Estate Company portfolio is developed by the Spanish Delorian Group. The Company will start next year the construction of a new real estate project located in Bucharest North part , which will subsume 1,000 apartments, with surfaces between 35 and 110 sq. m, and commercial spaces with an entire surface of 100,000 sq. m.

The investment value is about 140 Mil. Euro. Sandu considers that due to the competition growth on residential segment and the pressure over the banks which will offer more and more attractive credits, the residential ensemble will magnetize a more and more quota from profile market.
