Citroen Romania rented for their activity 420 sq. m, office spaces nearby Floreasca Lake.
The French brand has sale 4,194 automobiles in 2007 on the Romanian Market and established a subsidiary in Romania in April, its activity starting in July.
Citroen Romania has chosen a 420 sq. m space, for a 3 years period, in Johann Strauss Business Center which is located nearby Floreasca Lake, has declared Media City representative, the Company which intermediate the transaction.
In the first trimester of 2007, Media City has intermediate the replacement of another two companies: Leo Burnett (Starlink Media) and Allianz Tiriac Asigurari SA. Starlink Media is a member of Burnett Group and had required for a relocation due to its activity extension and the employers number.
Starlink Media rented the Victory House real estate, a GF+B+5F office building which holds a 1,700 sq. m surface and is located in 0 zone of Bucharest (Buzesti – Titulescu). The office building whose deadline was July 2007 was totally rent for a 5 years period.
Allianz Tiriac Asigurari S.A. has rented Oscar One Building, office building developed by Oscar Downstream Company. The project represents a GF+B+5F office building, with an entire surface of 2,253 sq. m located in Dorobanti – Polona area.
